Business Model

Endeavor Clinical Trials has a unique business model that allows us to conduct Phase II-IV studies in various therapeutic areas. We work with a network of qualified physicians in San Antonio to find, plan and execute all aspects of a trial from start to finish. Endeavor Clinical Trials provides the administrative, regulatory and coordinating services, allowing the investigator (MDs, DOs, DPMs) to concentrate on clinical matters. Endeavor employs the Coordinators that manage the work flow of the trial for the investigator.  Our investigator’s private practices are located in close proximity to Endeavor’s main office allowing our staff to travel between offices to cover visits and duties as needed.
